1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

2. When can I expect my order?

  • Order Cutoff Time: 22:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Total Delivery Time: 4 to 11 business days. Existing out of two phases:
    • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
    • Transit Time: 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all purchases in the UK. No matter the size or weight of your order, you won’t incur any additional shipping fees.

4. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. Be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails may end up there. Please note, it may take some time for your Track & Trace link to become active.

5. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track & Trace number sent to your email. Simply enter the number on our Track Your Order page to view the status of your delivery. You can access the tracking page here.

6. When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5 days. For more information, please check our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept exchanges. However, you can return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
